The owners of this stunning modern new build property, built in 2010, wanted to convert the existing basement storage area into habitable space creating two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a family cinema room. We were appointed as Project Manager to carry out a full tender and deliver the new design, created by Dols Wong Architects, the original architects of the property. Working within the existing basement structural shell and tanking membrane, the existing lower terrace was structurally altered to create two walk on skylights into the bedrooms, with unique frosted glass ensuite bathrooms. 

 Vasari London assisted the architects by selecting and specifying the bathroom finishes and designing the bespoke joinery throughout the bedrooms and dressing rooms. 

 The project was delivered in 6 months while the client remained living in the property.
