The client for the central London townhouse set a brief to remodel and design this 5 floor property to create open plan spaces on each level. The Lower Ground Floor was extended to increase the main family living area and create an ‘inside-outside’ space with the terrace area.

The client’s design style was modern and centred around a very unique artwork collection. To achieve this minimalist style, close attention to detail was required on the architectural features and clever storage solutions.
