Vasari London have been appointed by this client for the Interior Design and Project Management for this exciting new build project in Mill Hill. The team have successfully achieve planning for three storey new build property, front boundary wall, gates & balustrade, rear outdoor pool and garden house. Working alongside Brod Wight Architects, also part of The Creative Hub London, the brief was to create a 6 bedroom family home to meet the client’s lifestyle and design requirements. The new design features a modern open plan Kitchen and Living area with separate Family Living Room, Study and Bootroom. The construction build includes an air source heat pump, solar panels and electric car charger.

Vasari London successfully carried out a full competitive tender for the works, securing a build contract within budget. Works were completed in a 58 week programme, extended by 6 weeks to add the external landscaping, swimming pool and garden house.
