Having spent 2 years trying to get their project off the ground, the client appointed Vasari London to carry out a full tender and Project Manage the refurbishment of their existing family home. The scope was the merge the Ground Floor and Lower Ground floor of this stunning Mansion property in West Hampstead to create a modern family home. Due to low ceiling heights at Lower Ground floor, this basement level was excavated and underpinned to create a new finished ceiling height of 2400mm.

Vasari London worked alongside Pennington Phillips Architects to create a space which is very strong on architectural detailing. The property included a modern Boffi Kitchen, bespoke timber flooring, new bathrooms and bespoke joinery to create clever storage solutions for the client.

Vasari London managed the complex Licence to Alter agreement and Party Wall awards for the works, on behalf of the client. The project was delivered within a 12 month site period within the client’s budget.

Vasari London went on to project manage an external refurbishment and landscaping for the Mansion property residents.
