Vasari London have been appointed as Interior Designer and Project Manager on the renovation and extension of an end-of-terrace Grade II Listed property in Hampstead. We are working in partnership with architect firm Brod Wight Architects, who are also part of our Creative Hub London 

Works include a rear ground floor extension and Loft conversion, creating a Master Bedroom with Dressing room and Ensuite Bathroom, as well the complete internal refurbishment of this 1400 sqft property. This was a high end rental investment for the client.

Vasari London has a good relationship with Barnet Council and the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust and worked closely with them to agree all of the design changes and dismiss all of the planning conditions.

Works started on site in July 2018 and completed in February 2019. The property secured a long term rental agreement with its first viewing.
